Absolutely LOVED this recipe. Definitely make sure the spinach is well drained; I squeezed mine with a cloth. Next time I'm going to try sausage or ham!

I have actually made this twice. Once I didn't have any french bread so I used refrigerated french loaf and it was excellent. The second time I used the whole loaf and it still turned out. We omitted the spinach for my picky eaters. I would say you really can't mess up this recipe! I've tried!

This dish was so easy to make and delicious! It has the lift of a bread pudding, but a little more complex with the spinach and cheese. I actually made it for dinner. The recipe is easy to scale down - I baked half the recipe in a loaf pan for 3 generous servings.

This is wonderful. I made it the first time per the recipe. The second time I decided to use Texas Toast Garlic and Butter croutons. Not only did it make the prep easier, it also added more flavor. This will be a permanent substitution to the recipe for me. The recipe is a little "moist" but it firms after cut.

I made this for our Family get-together Brunch the day after Christmas. Everyone loved this and I would definitely make again. A true "hit"

It was pretty good, but I think I will use fresh spinach next time as the frozen spinach just had too much water and made the whole thing a little runny. I will also add mushrooms and onion. I used veggie bacon and it worked well (vegetarian). The milk may also need to be reduced to help with firming it up more.

This is the perfect breakfast when you have extra company around holidays. I used Turkey bacon in the recipe it was wonderful. The whole family enjoyed it. It is a very hearty dish. Might try sausage in it next time.

This is so delicious! The eggs baked up light and fluffy and the bread was very moist and flavorful! I made 1/2 the recipe and omitted the bacon (vegetarian) and would definitely make this again.
