This recipe was perfect for Christmas brunch! I put it together the night before so it was ready and baked while we opened presents Christmas morning. It was easy to make and tasted delicious. The leftovers were even better. I forgot to put the extra cheese on top and it still tasted very good.

this is my go-too recipe for our breakfast potlucks at work, everyone requests it. I do use a bit more bacon and cheese. Excellent recipe

Everyone at work loved this. I liked that I was able to make it the night before then put it in the oven the next day at work. I didn't particularly care for the texture with the bread, but everyone else loved it.

It was bland. Next time will be adding seasoning and maybe change the bacon to sausage.

Delicious! I made the following changes: substituted Texas garlic bread for the french bread, used fresh mushrooms instead broccoli or spinach, added 1/2 teas. dry mustard. The flavor was outstanding.

What a success! I made this for a last minute family brunch the night before. Also went the low cal way with egg substitute, turkey bacon and 2% cheddar and no one knew the difference. Definitely a must for the "OMG, what am I gonna make?" recipe go to.
