Delicious, easy, and can be done the night is the perfect recipe if having guests for brunch or breakfast. I served it at a bridal shower brunch and it was a huge hit!
So yummy! I made this recipe the first time for a Mother's Day brunch I hosted. Everyone loved it and went back for seconds and thirds. I made the recipe just as it's written but just made sure I wrung the spinach out really well. It turned out perfectly and I will definitely make it again!
I have made this with bacon & spinach as originally listed and with cubed ham & frozen chopped broccoli. Both were excellent. You can mix and match and make it any way you want. It is my 5 year old's current favorite recipe!
I made it with egg substitute and fresh spinach. Next time I will add seasoning, mushrooms and onion. A bit too bland for most of my table guests. But it was awesome with mimosas.
Absolutely LOVED this recipe. Definitely make sure the spinach is well drained; I squeezed mine with a cloth. Next time I'm going to try sausage or ham!
I have actually made this twice. Once I didn't have any french bread so I used refrigerated french loaf and it was excellent. The second time I used the whole loaf and it still turned out. We omitted the spinach for my picky eaters. I would say you really can't mess up this recipe! I've tried!
This dish was so easy to make and delicious! It has the lift of a bread pudding, but a little more complex with the spinach and cheese. I actually made it for dinner. The recipe is easy to scale down - I baked half the recipe in a loaf pan for 3 generous servings.
This is wonderful. I made it the first time per the recipe. The second time I decided to use Texas Toast Garlic and Butter croutons. Not only did it make the prep easier, it also added more flavor. This will be a permanent substitution to the recipe for me. The recipe is a little "moist" but it firms after cut.
I made this for Christmas morning...quick and easy to make the night before....everyone had seconds...will be making again for New Years Open House...
I made this for our Family get-together Brunch the day after Christmas. Everyone loved this and I would definitely make again. A true "hit"
