This a great recipe!Soo easy and the chicken was so tender. Mine did not thicken so I did make a rue and seasoned it with s & p because it did need some extra flavor, but other than that I will make this one again! My family loved it.

I love a crock-pot meal and this one is so easy and delicious that you'd be crazy not to make it! The only thing I changed was that I used white instead of dark meat. I even used chicken I thought might have freezer burn and every piece was so tender and flavorful, it reminded me of chicken pot pie : )
