Creamy Beef & Noodle Bake

Creamy Beef & Noodle Bake recipe
No ordinary beef-and-noodle bake, this one's creamy enough to deserve a shout-out in the title. A delicious dish of velvety sauce simmering in beef, noodles, veg and cheese.

My family loved this recipe. I do tweek it just a little bit. I used two cans of soup and only 1/4 cup water. I also cooked noodles till they were almost done, and used can veggies. Everything was soft and full of flavor. My kids ate it up.

Very bland and NOT creamy- definitely needs 2 cans of soup or something to give it a boost. There was not enough liquid to cover all the noodles so some were crispy. The veggies were crispy too. The leftovers got thrown away.

I love this one. Easy, throw in the oven while you do other things. Great for this time of year as we are still taking care of things in the garden. My husband even liked it. Having leftovers for dinner tonite.

bland, bland, bland -- i even used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic and it still was lacking in flavor. the noodles tended to stick to the bottom of the dish. there was no mention of spraying the pan first.

I, too, was doubtful about the noodles cooking on the bottom, but they did. My husband loved it and gave it a "10". I enjoy making dishes where there's not a lot of cleanup AFTER supper. This one's a keeper!

I added an extra can of cream of mushroom and omitted all but 1/4 cup of water (and I used pasta water). I also used a mixed vegie blend that included lima beans. Apparently I misread the recipe because I cooked the noodles beforehand. It was DELICIOUS! Definitely comfort food - warm and creamy. The whole huge pan was gone by the end of the night - everyone in the family loved this recipe. I will definitely make it again.

I followed this recipe to a T, but the noodles did not cook. It was awful! If you choose to make this, cook the noodles first!
