Wonderful texture. I, too wasn't sure what almost set meant but I cooked for 28 minutes and it was perfect! Will try freezing to see if I can make it ahead. Great to bring to a dinner party.
Easy recipe with a wonderful flavor!! I used the 1/3 less fat cream cheese and lite whipped cream and it still had a smooth, creamy rich texture. I also tried it with raspberry sauce instead of the fresh berries...excellent choice. Plates very well. Could use a sprig of mint as a garnish too.
