This is a wonderful recipe. I had them at a cookout then asked for the recipe. When I made them I added a jalapeno slice on the tator tot then wrapped the bacon around and sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese on them everyone loved them.

My mom has made these on Christmas morning for as long as I can remember. They are always the most popular item on the stove! Quick and easy to eat during all of the Christmas excitement! Now that my brothers and I are grown with families of our own, there are never enough to go around...no matter how many she fixes!

Made this with sweet potato puffs and used spicy ketchup instead of regular. Really really tasty. Everybody loved them. I'll make them again Thanksgiving weekend.
