Ham & Cheese Pot Pie

Ham & Cheese Pot Pie recipe
Warm ham and cheese go together like broccoli and cauliflower. And we've put that in the mix, too. Our hearty, creamy pot pie looks restaurant-worthy and tastes even better.

This recipe was delicious and not dry at all. It seems all the "negative" remarks are from those that made it one full pie instead of individual? We made them individual and they were wonderful! We will definitely be making them again. (The member added photo are the ones I made.)

I made this in one dish rather than the 4 ramekins. I doubled the amount of cream cheese and it was still rather dry, it needs a splash of milk or cream or something. A great way to use up the vegetables in my fridge. My crust took longer to bake but I think it was because I didn't roll it out first.

This was delicious. I made it in a 9" pie pan and used a16 oz. bag of cauliflower and broccoli and the whole container of the cream cheese. I could not find the chive cream cheese at the store, so I used garden vegetable instead. Next time, I will use the chive.

This recipe was great. Let me say, I did what most other reviewers here did - I made this in a regular pie plate, and just used a crust on top. I used twice as much broccoli and cauliflower as was recommended. I was worried as it looked a bit 'dry' when I put it in the pie plate, but once it baked and the cheese melted through, it was perfect. Could probably have added part of a can of potato soup, which would have made it more hearty, but I loved it! Great way to use up leftover Easter ham.

I did also add more the cauliflower and more broccoli. Instead of individual ramekins, I used a 9" pie plate with a bottom and top crust. (partially cooking the bottom crust first) I also could not find chive cream at my grocery store so i used italian herb. I think i may have liked this better with chives option. But my husband did ask for this to be added into the rotation once a month- which says alot!! there were no leftovers (3 adults and one good eating child)

I am cooking for a family of 6, so I doubled the recipe. I did substitute the cauliflower for corn (frozen & thawed) and more broccoli. Instead of individual ramekins, I used a 9" pie plate with a bottom and top crust. There were very little leftovers. I have added this to my dinner rotation.

This is an excellent recipe. I have already made it twice. For some reason, I could not locate ready made pie crust so I just topped the mixture with extra flaky biscuits from a can. It worked great. The leftovers made a great lunch the next afternoon.

Was not sure about this recipe as I was making the dish but was surprised by how great it turned out! My husband loved this and it was a great way to help use up left over ham from Easter. My 1 year old daughter even eat the veggies out of this! This was a great and easy recipe.

It was delicious. I added more cheese because I love cheese, and uncooked hash browns because I thought it could use some potatoes. Instead of the individual ramekins,I used one large ramekin. Next time I think I'll try with a bottom crust in the individual foil tins, but it was about the best "real food" meal I've made.
