I just wanna say this was a huge hit with my family! My husband doesn't even like coconut loved it and my picky 2 year old daughter gobbled it right down. The curry powder and cayenne goes sooo well with the chicken!I made it with sweet potato fries and it paired very well. Definitely making again and again!

My picky husband and son liked these a lot. I had to substitute peach jam with reg mustard for the sauce as we were out of what was suggested but they liked it a lot too. :)

This was sooooo good!!! Next time I won't use mayo and chutney together. It was good, but I think it would've been better with the chutney alone.

I made this last night for dinner and it was good. I added a little extra coconut. Next time I may add more because I thought the coating could use more. I think the flavor was good. Just enough spice but my BF likes spicy so nexttime I will double it and I think it will really pop. This is a quick recipe and looks like you spent way more time than you did. And for those who are toasting coconut for the first time... keep a close eye on it!! It burns FAST!

Mmmm!! These were sooo good! A perfect recipe for busy nights! I followed the other reviewers and added more coconut (glad I did!). I also doubled the curry powder and Cayenne because all my boys like the extra "kick" in everything. I made the vegetable steamers for a side dish... so easy... so yummy! Thanks Kraft!

I added more coconut,no pepper. Used mango jam (doubled) and lowfat kraft mayo. This dish is wonderful...my husband was so impressed. Easy and taste like something you get when you eat out!!

My family loved this recipe. It was quick and easy. I added more coconut than what was called for. Gave it more of a crunch. I also doubled the mango chutney. Yum!

We loved this recipe. Fast easy and different. Made a great dish at our Super Bowl Party. Only thing was the dip. I used low fat kraft mayo, better taste than miricale whip and doubled the chutney. Thanks again Kraft
