I didn't care for this and I love Rueben sandwiches. Might have been better with rye crackers, but I couldn't find them in the 3 stores I looked. Even looked for the party rye bread.

I did not care for this at all. All I could taste was the swiss cheese and thousand island dressing.

I used flavored cream cheese and it was delicious. Can hardly wait to make this for the gang.

This is delish! I use low fat cream cheese and dressing. My guests have always loved it. It is great with the rye flavor triscuits or bagel chips.

This was so delicious! If it wasn't so filling, I would have eaten more of it. It does make alot. I doubled everything but the cheese and saurkraut and there are leftovers galore but that's ok. I'll know next time to just make the amounts listed for just a few people.

I was very disappointed with this recipe. Love Reubens but the flavor wasn't very good. Don't waste your $ with the ingredients.

I made this dish and it was very good with the rye crackers. The leftovers were not so good the next day. The recipe makes a lot especially if you have a few other apps out.

Delicious and novel appetizer! Microwaving worked well. I doubled the recipe and only heated the amount I served so my leftovers had never been cooked. I put a half slice of Swiss on a chicken breast, spooned about 1/4 c. spread over cheese, placed toothpick to hold chicken, rolled it in seasoned Panko bread crumb, added 1/2 cup zinfandel and 1/4 water to the bottom of a baking pan (sprayed with non-fat cooking spray) and baked at 375 for 40 minutes.
