A friend made this as an hors d'oevre for Thanksgiving and it was delicious!!! She told me she got the recipe here and I am making it soon for sure! I don't like caraway seeds, but these Triscuits do go well with the dip. People really dug into to it too.

Delicious! Substituted turkey , as that is what we had on hand. We will definetely make this one again and again. Tried 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, I recommend using reg cream cheese as recipe suggests. We made our own Thousand Island dressing to mix in the recipe.

This recipe is fabulous! I have made it multiple times and the dish is always wiped clean! I have even had people ask, "Hey, are you going to make that reuben spread?"

I would probably put this in a crock pot next time - it cooled down pretty quickly and it's not very good that way.

This week is a Packer party at work so I am going to try and double it and put it in a crock pot. Any suggestions. My husband love this and isn't much of a saurkraut fan.
