I made these for a girls night in and everyone loved them! They're simple, quick, and delicious. All around great pick.

The first time I made these I followed the redipe exactly and they were a big hit! My husband, who HATES zucchini, even asked for seconds! I have made them again with italian bread crubms (which I always have in my pantry)instead of the shake and bake and it is still very tatsy!

I used regular bread crumbs and mixed spices in it. I should have used more spices because the batter was a little tasteless. Also would have been better fried, but baked is healthier. Didn't use lemon zest, but i used lemon juice for the aioli. Overall, it's a healthy snack and I enjoyed it.

The Shake and Bake flavoring is not good. They were not easy to coat either, the egg made the Shake and Bake ball up. The aioli was not flavorful. I like the idea but these were not good.

I really loved the idea of this recipe...I love zucchini and it looks delicious in the picture. But those flavors just did NOT mix well together. I do NOT recommend making this!!

They are good, but I don't use shake and bake. Just substitute Italian Breadcrumbs and some salt and pepper. The aioli is meh.

ugh! barely palatable when hot, but once they cool they practically gag you. this is a nice, novel idea that failed miserably.

This was really good, and I don't usually like zucchini. However, the Shake 'n Bake coating got really sticky and balled up from the egg, so after doing half the fries it wouldn't stick any more. Next time I'd add it in a few batches to the plastic bag, and spray the pan down with a lot of oil because the zucchini really stuck to it, ripping off a lot of the coating.

I had a hard time getting the panko to stick. Also ended up frying the remainder to get them browned and crispy. The lemon aioli was great!

This is a great easy side dish or appitizer. Instead of using shake n bake I used italian panko bread crumbs and sprinkled a little salt on them before putting them in the oven. DELISH!
