Delicious! Made for a superbowl party and they came out great. I omitted the onions, added some real bacon bits and used cheddar cubes instead of velveeta and dipped in ranch dressing. Would definately make again, everyone liked them and they were easy to make.

I made these for a Super Bowl appetizer also. They were delicious, but I had similar problems with the pototoes being too sticky to roll into balls. Perhaps I need to make the potatoes the day before and chill them. I did add salt to the potatoes. I may have also tried to mash the potatoes too soon and added some milk and butter which made them mushy. The recipe made much more and mine were huge!

I brought these to a super bowl party and they were a HIT! Several people asked me for the recipe. I was a little nervous bringing an "untried" recipe for the gathering, but they did not disappoint.

Was very bland. Needed more seasoning. I would suggest adding seasoning salt or something similiar

I just made this recipe- and what a disappointment. i had to toss the entire potato batch away b/c of the egg in it. I got the shake n bake crumbs and after being in the oven for 15 min. my coating wasnt baked like in your picture. on to another Super bowl recipe.

The potato part needs some help. I would recommend sour cream and maybe even some 1/2 and 1/2 or cream. The potato part was just bland. I liked the idea overall, but the outcome was not that great.

These were great! I added bacon and dipped them in sour cream instead of salsa. I will definitely make these again!!

Made this today for Superbowl tomorrow. They were delicious. Would have liked them a little crispier.
