Easy Baked Taco Pie

Easy Baked Taco Pie recipe
We love the ground beef, cheese, veggies and sour cream…it's biting into the shattering shell that we can do without. Voilà, taco pie. All you need is a fork.

This turned out pretty good; however, next time I'll make some minor changes. It needs more seasoning and less corn in my opinion. In addition, more cheese or a different kind of cheese would be good.

I added diced tomatoes with chilis and it gave it alot of flavor

love this recipe!! super easy to make and tastes great, I made it with ground turkey, and added some cumin and fresh minced garlic.

I added two cloves of minced garlic, cumin, parsley, and crushed red pepper to give it more flavor. Also used turkey instead of ground beef and added a can of pinto beans. Next time I may make it with corn tortillas.

Way too bland. I will make this again and use taco seasoning instead of chili powder, use less corn but add some black beans and some chopped jalepenos. Ground turkey may be a good choice too.

This was so easy to make! I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef and my husband didn't even know! :) We all loved it, I will definitely make again!

My husband doesn't like chunky tomatoes, so I substituted a 6 oz. can of tomato sauce. It was really good, of course, I added the chunky tomatoes to mine along w/jalapenos and sour cream. Next time, I might even add black beans or no-fat refried beans.

Fast, easy and tasty - this one is a winner! Next time, though, I plan to add LESS corn. Also, along with the sour cream, I plan to drizzle taco sauce on top for a more "taco" taste. Some sliced black olives would be nice, too.

Easy to make. Husband and I enjoyed but not a favorite of the kids. They were not thrilled with the texture of the whole wheat tortilla layer.

It tasted bland to me.
