VERY bland recipe. The cheese totally gets lost in the recipe too. Needs a lot of help. I sprinkled some balsamic vinegar over my serving to add a little more zing, but it still needed something more. Maybe some sriracha, or pepper flakes? Probably will just try a different recipe.

Very good. When I make it again I would season the pork alittle while cooking it.

This recipe is really good! I made it to bring for lunch at work tomorrow. But I'm surely going to have some for dinner. Love it!!

fabulous flavor, my husband never wants to eat anything with spinach but he tried it and loved it as much as I did, nice and easy to do, a quick all-in-one meal. Great.

We love this dish. I've added more garlic, salt and pepper and a couple other herbs. It's good without the cheese also. Next time, I'll cut my fresh spinach before adding. LOVE IT!!

I used the idea of this but used what I had available in my home. I used spicy sausage (cut out of links) and used some lime juice instead of the balsamic and chicken broth. It tasted delishious. Filled of flavor!

This has become a family favorite. We like our meat tender so I cooked the pork until it was. Have also used chicken instead of pork when I need a faster meal. It's great to have the meat done and set aside then have all the other ingredients ready then during our dinner party I just threw it all together. Everybody enjoyed watching it come together also with all the aromas!

The night I made this- the pasta was pretty bland, but the pork was DELISH! The second night I added some black pepper, dried oregano and 2 more tbsp. of the Balsamic Vinaigrette... it was MUCH better, tonight was the 3rd night I had it- and it tasted the best tonight! I will definitely make this again, but in smaller portions.
