The night I made this- the pasta was pretty bland, but the pork was DELISH! The second night I added some black pepper, dried oregano and 2 more tbsp. of the Balsamic Vinaigrette... it was MUCH better, tonight was the 3rd night I had it- and it tasted the best tonight! I will definitely make this again, but in smaller portions.

Made with chicken instead of pork. Was delicious! My 10 year old loved it.

Hubby was very pleased and requested this be part of our regular line-up. The kids loved it too (even if it didn't have broccoli). I made my own balsamic vinagrette and cooked the spinach in the last stage. Very happy with the results.

I was looking for something to do with my chicken breast that was tawed. stumble on this and made it with chicken. My family loved it. Grandson was "steeling" the chicken while I was cooking it. Every one thought it was a big hit and said it was a "keeper". I dit serve some red pasta sause on the side. Made it even better.

it's good for health minded people, I don't think kids would like it, spinach and hot pasta is definitely an adult taste.
