Love, love love! I cut the chicken into small strips and sautéed and upped the red pepper to 1/2tsp as we like spicy. Yummy

Used fat free cream cheese, added some fresh spinach, pine nuts and roasted red peppers. It was amazing. Boyfriend said he wants it for his birthday.

I love this meal because it is simple and quick to make. My little one loves it. When it's just my husband and I, we use Hot Rotel in place of regular canned tomatoes. We love spicy food so we love the variation.

I followed the basics of the recipe but added mushrooms and peas. Also used Philly Cooking Creme instead of the cream cheese. Turned out really yummy.. even my 4 year old liked the sauce.

If you are feeding a bigger family I suggest doubling atleast the sauce and pasta...other than that awesome dish!!!!
