This was so EASY and fast. I prepared it and had it in the dish ealier in the day so when we got home from the kids activities I could throw it in the oven. It was FABULOUS! My whole family loved it! Will make this again and again...

very fast and easy, especially b/c I used precooked chicken. also, I added the santa fe philly cream cheese for cooking instead of the neufchatel cheese and it was extra creamy and seasoned. I didn't think it needed the bell pepper since it had the salsa in it.

This dish was great and very easy to make! It was full of flavor! The only things I did different was that I cooked the chicken in the crock pot with seasonings the second time I made this. The shredded chicken from the crock pot turned out so much better! I also used a can of green chillis and used a can of rotel in replace of the salsa in the mixture and then used some salsa on top! I highly recommend cooking the chicken in the crock pot first!

Amazing! I only changed a few things instead of salsa I used enchilada sauce and in place of the bell pepers I used diced canned green chilies. It was phenomenal!
