Baked Penne

I made this using small shell pasta. I found the exact recipe here on Kraft but they call it unstuffed shells.

The hubs loved it! Said it was just like the cajun pasta dish at a local restaurant! & He is a super tough food critic lol

I made some changes - 1) I doubled the recipe to have one to freeze for later. 2) I didn't double the meat, but added sliced mushrooms. 3) Skipped the green pepper, but added 3 cloves of minced garlic. Family loved it. Looking forward to the second casserole tonight!

I tweaked this recipe by substituting ground italian sausage for the ground beef. And since my husband is not a fan of onions and peppers, but I love veggies, I added cubed zucchini and yellow squash. This is now a staple recipe in our household! Thanks Kraft!

My family absolutely loved this casserole. My picky son is taking it to school in his thermos for lunch all week!

We loved this and I rarely eat pasta. I have made it with the ground beef,I have also used regular country sausage, my husband will not eat any other kind of sausage, and I have also made this with pepperoni(my favorite).I did not have the cooking creme so I used regular cream cheese and just added some seasonings such as basil & garlic and it was great so that is the way I make it now. I also used some ricotta cheese.

Made this for a birthday dinner and what a meal. GREAT! Cooked pasta and hamburger this am. Easy and making those two ingredients rearly am. I will make again... Eljaine in Texas

The best I've ever made.

This was just ok. Tasted a little weird due to the cream cheese taste, which I guess I should have expected (duh). Made it with extra veggies (zucchini and mushrooms) and 1 lb of meat, and there was still too much sauce for my liking. I would probably just make something like this again, but with a regular tomato cream sauce, and not the Philly creme. My husband and 2 out of 3 kids liked it though, so I'll probably make it again, but using either half the creme or making more pasta.

Simply delicious! I made this over Thanksgiving weekend and shared it with my neighbors as a side dish with leftover turkey. They raved about it as well and wanted the receipe. I used sweet italian sausage and used the whole cup of Philadelphia cooking creme. Making it again very soon!
