This had too much of the cooking creme for our tastes. If I made it again I definitely would not put the extra creme on the top. I also think a pound of meat would have worked better. The dish could use some spice as well. Maybe sausage?

This turned out really well. I ended up using the Philadelphia Tomato & Basil cooking cream instead because they were out of the one it called for. It still turned out well and even heated up nice for leftovers! Highly recommended. :)

So tasty and easy! I added some crushed red peppers and topped with Parmesan cheese. Great recipe!

After chemo my son's taste has not been the same and finding foods that he can eat is a bit challenging. I made this dish for dinner and both he and my husband really liked it and asked that I make it again. It is quick and easy. I did make one change, I used 4 oz. low fat cream cheese instead of the cooking creme.
