I reduced the Philly cream as recommended but will add more next time. I originally did the initial 3/4 cup only. Will add1 cup next time. Also, did 1lb of beef which worked out well. I really liked this! Could double and freeze. My husband rated it a 7/10 and he's a tough critic.

I am Italian, so I happily prepared this recipe. Taking the dish out of the oven, it looked so good...ooey gooey...bubbling with the mozzarella cheese. But that is as far as it went - the Philadelphia cooking creme tasted weird! My husband didn't like it either. So I won't be making this recipe again.

Loved it!! Tastes like my lasagna kinda, but so quick & easy!! This recipes is in my recipe book at home now & is a regular at my table!

I used mushrooms instead of Gr. peppers and had to add more sauce for my hearty boys and their appetites, but this was a solid hit. Next time I will use Italian Sausage. And so easy!
