What You Need

tsp. olive oil

1/2

cup each chopped red peppers and onions

pkg. (6 oz.) sugar snap peas, halved

lb. frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp with tails left on, thawed, drained

1/4

cup milk

1/4

tsp. black pepper

tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme

cups hot cooked rice

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add red peppers and onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in peas; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

ADD shrimp, milk and black pepper; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through. Add cooking creme; cook and stir 2 min.

SERVE over rice.

I made this dish for supper, followed the recipe exactly, and it was delicious! My only complaint was that the sauce was not quite as thick as I'd like..might cut the milk addition in half next time. Otherwise, easy and excellent!

I just printed and can not wait to go to store to pick up ingredients to prepare this. Will let you know if I would make this recdipe again. It looks terriffic can not wait.
