My husband loved the casserole. I used pinto beans instead of black beans and use regular cream cheese (could not find the cooking cream) Just addes more seasoning like chili powder to make up for it. I also added cilantro, salt, pepper and garlic. Was very easy to make and is even better the 2nd day when all of the flavors have blended together.
Topped with Salsa, sour cream and avacados and wow! Great flavors!
