As my brother in-law says, this recipe would make your tongue slap your brains out! My husband and I absolutely loved it. I will definite make again and again.

I have made this several times, each time I change it a little. Add some corn, cilantro, black olives. Everyone just loves it. I fixed it for a group of friends last night and they just raved about it. Oh I also have sour cream to top it with! Enjoy Deb

This was very yummy! Only thing I will change next time is bake it longer; 20 minutes was not enough. The middle was barely warm. I'm thinking an additional 10-15 minutes may get it hot enough all the way through.

This was delicious! I did change the recipe a little. I used canned chicken to save time and my husband didn't notice. I also used Rotel instead of the diced tomatoes. I ended up using way more cheese than they suggested. I did need to cook it longer for the cheese to be melted. I did notice that the inside tortillas weren't as cooked, but I think it was fine. I can't believe how many of the reviews substituted the black beans. They really make this dish and are so good for you! My husband is happy to take the leftovers to work and I will definitely make this one again!

My family and I love this - except we usually make it with pinto beans instead, and ground beef. So, sooo good. It's become part of our usual rotation!

Yummy, we loved this casserole and I have already made it a couple of times. Instead of adding tomatoes and green onions, I used a can of Bush's Fiesta Black beans (not drained).
