Pretty disappointing. First of all, it's a very high calorie, high fat and carb meal, so I was ready to splurge, but it wasn't worth it. Something is definitely missing. It was fine, that's all. Next time I'm taking out the corn and adding black beans and green chiles. I did use whole wheat pasta, but am going with no pasta and will put it in a whole wheat tortilla. Ok, that is a totally different recipe. This had no zing or great flavor. It's an expensive product for what you get.

This turn out very good. Family loved it. I used multi grain rotini pasta, and my family could not tell the difference.

Like one other reviewer I also used the rotel instead of the green peppers and regular canned tomatoes. Everyone in the family liked it and we all like differing amounts of spicy flavor.

I was disappointed with this recipe. It was sort of bland. Definitely needs salt, and maybe some other seasonings to give it some more flavor.

I thought it was very tasty & simple to prepare, I like the flavor of the Cooking Creme, but I did add cumin to give it a little more kick.

Loved by every member of my family, this recipe had a great flavor. I substituted Ro-tel for the green peppers and diced tomatoes. The dish was easy, quick, and needs no sides; it is an all-in-one. I will be passing this recipe on!
