I loved it.. instead of mashed potatoes I made roasted garlic potatoes on the side and put the chicken on a bed of rice.. not the healthiest of options but it tasted epic!

this recipe was great. I didn 't have the tub of philadelphia, so I use 4oz of cream cheese. It worked great. Add alittle of fresh chives and it worked. Will make alot this recipe alot more times.

Very good, and very good for you! I didn't have a can of Italian Diced tomatoes. So, I added 1 tbs. of Italian seasoning and 2 minced garlic cloves to the tomato when I added it. I also had to add a little S&P to the potato/cauliflower mash. My husband loved it, and he's so hard to get any veggies into!! Definitely will make again.

My family loved this. For those that are saying you left out the cauliflower because you don't like it, you are missing out. I have a kid that HATES cauliflower, but she ate tons of this and said how good it was. THEN I told her what was in it. :-) The chicken cacciatore part of the recipe is fabulous. Making it again tonight.

Yummy! I did not use the cauliflower, but other than that, I followed the recipe. It was delicious and made great leftovers.
