This was SO good. I would add a little more sausage next time. This will definitely be made again at my house. My boyfriend loved it as well.

I used chicken thighs instead of breast, I like dark meat but will double amount since it cooks down. I will also try with half a container of cooking Creme and will add some more onion. I also added more creole seasoning than called for but I love the flavor it provided. I also used andouille sausage.

My family raved about this recipe. The only thing I changed was to use 2 links of chicken sausage instead of the smoked sausage. This is absolutely a keeper!

My family loved this! I doubled the sausage because that is their favorite but I left the chicken in, too. They ate every bite. I may have to double the recipe next time!
