I have made this twice now and both times were successes. I use turkey sausage which is phenomenal. In fact, my husband likes the turkey sausage so much, the second time I made this I omitted the chicken and used double the sausage. Quick, easy and delicious!

Personally, I liked it. However, my husband and daughter weren't fans of it. I grilled the chicken instead of searing it with the vegetables and I didn't have sausage. My husband said he doesn't think he likes Cajun seasoning. He also felt the cream was a little heavy. He's currently fixing hotdogs for himself and my daughter.

Very Good! I used 1lb of sausage instead of chicken, and only used green peppers and it was yummy, even my super picky 7 year old ate every bite. Thumbs Up!

I left out the chicken. Added mushrooms to the recipe. My family loved it!!!!

I used the sausage instead of the chicken. Yum! Nice and creamy with great flavors and textures.

This was ok. Needed something, I didnt care for the combo of sausage & chicken. I added some parm cheese and made a little better but wont make again.

Very good. The perfect balance of spice and creamy and other flavors. Super fast to put together also.

Really good! Just the right amount of spice and plenty of flavor. I happened to only have sun-dried tomato chicken sausage (double chicken oops), so I used that instead. Still was delicious. Can't wait to make this again :D!
