I love seasonings and flavor, so I sauteed onions and peppers first, used two large cloves of garlic. Then added a number of additional seasonings - garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning - pretty much anything that was within reach. Then I added the chicken to this mixture to cook. I also used fresh spinach and wilted it just prior to adding the milk, cream cheese, and cheese. Only change I would make, is to cook the chicken as a whole breast and blacken it. Then add it to the pasta bake.(More flavor)People have complained about it being dry, I make a lot of pasta bakes, so I always make sure the sauce is extra creamy and there's plenty of it. I just added extra milk as necessary.
