I made this recipe and it was a big hit. Definitely a keeper!

I substituted fresh chopped spinach and used soy milk. Still very tasty.

I was doubling it, since I have a big family. I doubled everything and my sister (who loves spinach) says there was too much spinach. Next time I will double the noodles, chicken, and sauce, but only use the 10 oz of spinach. Hopefully this will get the ratio right.

This was great but the only thing I thought was that it got a little too dry when I baked it; I did cover it but it was still too dry. Next time I will just combine all ingredients together in the pan and serve directly from there without baking it.

I would love to try this recipe, but would love to make it lower calorie/fat. I know the cooking creams are none of these. Wonder if I could use reduced fat cream cheese and add Italian seasoning? Has anyone tried this??

FABULOUS recipes and all my family loved it! All the picky eaters ate it up and wanted more, which rarely happens : )

I needed to make a quick meal for a family in need. It was the first time that I used the cooking cream cheese. Even their children enjoyed it without noticing the spinach!!

We made this for the first time tonight and it was delicious! I agree that it tastes like something from a restaurant! Even my 18 month old loved it! Next time I might add some mushrooms or artichoke hearts in addition to the spinach. Yum!!
