I love chicken Piccata and frequently order it in restaurants. This recipe is definitely a keeper! The only change I made was to serve it over linguine instead of angel hair. (Linguine is sturdier for chicken and if you're lucky enough to have leftovers, linguine doesn't turn to mush like angel hair can.)
I really liked this easy recipe. I did alter it just a it. After sautéing the chicken in the oil, I finished baking the chicken in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.
This chicken was amazing!! It took me a lot longer to make this because I pounded out the chicken and had to cook it in batches but it was so worth it. I used butter garlic flavored ritz crackers to add more flavor. My kids loved it too because I served it over angel hair pasta with butter and Parmesan cheese (their favorite).
A little labor intensive only because I have to double the recipe for my rather large family of teenagers, but a family favorite that is often requested! I usually pound the chicken thin so that it goes a long way. Yummy over angel hair pasta!
We loved this! I know I'll be making this many more times. Didn't take much time to prepare and turned out picture perfect!
My husband's new favorite! And although my 6 year old isn't as adventurous, I just give him the "chicken fingers" before it goes into the sauce. It truly is superb!
Agree with other posters, wayyy too much lemon. I added sugar, and extra butter to the sauce to help it out. If you don't want to burn your chicken, you should either pound it thin or turn down the heat and cook it longer.
Quick and easy. Very different and looking foward to my second helping.
Made this last night for dinner. Super easy recipe and did not take much time to prepare. Did not have Ritz crackers so used flour easoned with Emeril's essence instead. The chicken was very tender and moist. As per Kraft kitchen tip, I served over angel hair pasta. After his second helping, my husband said he would like for this to be a keeper.
The Chicken was really good and it was not that hard to make!
