Made this last night for a snack. Would be good when entertaining. Liked the sweetness from the brown sugar and the spice from the red pepper. I extended the cooking time to 50 min in order for the bacon to be cooked thoroughly. Cooked for 1/2 hr then turned and cooked another 20 min. I used 8 hot dogs for 4 adults. Would also be good using lit'l smokies too, leaving them whole and cutting the bacon in thirds. I would also suggest serving with ketsup or a horseradish dipping sauce.
