This was really good! All the family loved it. The only thing I would do different is make more sauce. It was just a little dry.

I have made this recipe several times now, and is very tasty and delicious. This is definitely a keeper. I've followed the recipe as written with no changes and it's excellent!

Holy cow!! This dish is so creamy without the extra added fat. Also, I added a cubed cooked chicken breast. I might add a little more spice next time. In this family, all of our dishes need spice.

I made this last night and it was out of this world! it was plenty for 4 people. I ended up adding ground Italian sausage and it added just the right amount of flavor! Because of the added meat, i didn't use the entire 6oz bag of spinach, i used maybe about 3/4 of it. I also had to put the pasta in a 3qt dish instead of a 2 qt dish. I didn't use neufchatel cheese because my store didn't have any, so i substituted with cream cheese and you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS AGAIN!! :D

Doubled the recipe to feed my family of six. Very easy to make. Kids loved it, no leftovers. My only tweak would be to add a little more salt and pepper.
