Easy meal. Next time going to add crushed red pepper for some kick and substitute all spice for cinnamon.

Was expecting the mango salsa to be more flavorful and sweeter, also the couscous was very bland, will modify next time

We were pleasantly as to how much we really liked this dish. Instead of using the recommended 1tsp of ginger and 1tsp of cinnamon, I just sprinkled on a little Lawry’s, then cinnamon, then the ginger, then a touch of garlic powder. Thought cinnamon and ginger alone would make the chicken too bland. Also, I baked the chicken on 350 for 45-50 mins. Nice change in pace!

Too many conflicting favors. I would try again without the cilantro. The cilantro just over powered the meal and we couldn't enjoy it. Kids were more tolerable of the cilantro than my husband and I, but they did not want to finish it.

I personally really enjoyed this dish although I had no idea couscous could be so messy! The family enjoyed it except one who just refused to accept eating fruit on top of chicken, but turned out very yummy and was a nice change of pace from the standards I often make like spaghetti, tacos, etc...

We LOVE it. I would suggest baking the chicken or finding a marinade since it seems to come out dry in the pan. The cinnamon and ginger are great. Thanks to the awesome salsa, my favorite salad dressing is now Asian Toasted Sesame. Would suggest using a flavored couscous though.

This is a very tastey and healthy dish. I really like the cinnamon flavor with the mango.

This was good and different. It was a little too sweet, but I added red chile flakes to help contrast the sweetness. Easy to make and I think the "salsa" is easy to adjust to personal preferences.

We made this for dinner tonight and it was fabulous! I picked it out because my 6-year-old loves mango and it did not disappoint. He ate two helpings and my 2.5 year old cleared his plate as well. We cut the chicken up and put it into the mango sauce and served it like that. The mango does not stay yellow-orange like the picture. Overall this dish was the best "new" meal we've had in a while.
