What You Need

Tbsp. (1/2 of 1-1/4-oz. pkg.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix

lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

cup canned no-salt-added black beans, rinsed

cup frozen corn

green onions, chopped

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

1/2

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

ADD seasoning mix to chicken in medium bowl; toss to evenly coat.

HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until evenly browned. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole; cover with layers of beans, corn, onions and salsa.

BAKE 20 min. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Serve over rice.

WONDERFUL!I served it without rice the first time because I forgot to make the rice and again with rice and loved it both ways. I also used a whole package of taco seasoning which gave it a little more flavor. Love it! Love it! Love it!

I used shredded chicken instead of chicken thighs out of convenience. Family really liked it! Will keep recipe for future use. :)

I made this without rice instead i used tortilla chips and it was amazing!

Fantastic! So yummy and tasty - Easy to make and a big hit with the family. I used the whole package of the taco seasoning and doubled up on the corn, black beans, and salsa. Tonight we are going to eat the left overs on a bed of Tostito Chips. Yummy!

This was easy to make and very good to eat. You can't even taste the brown rice, so the family doesn't know they are eating healthy rice not white rice. May be a bit to salty for some. I am vegetarian so I made it with extra beans and used my soy chicken strips.
