I made this recipe tonight and my family loved it and would like to have it again. I served it over white rice and put a spoonful of sour cream on top. I left out the corn and onions since no one likes them.

This turned out great. Everyone in my family loved it. I made it with white rice. Next time I will eat it with pita pocket bread. It will go great together.

This was easy and good. I am going to make it with Chicken breast next time, my boys are not fans of thigh meat. It was better served over the rice then on the side.

Excellent for a busy day. Made it in the afternoon and baked when I got home from work. Instead of rice made a salad and topped it with the bake. Super yummy and super easy on a busy night.

I added more seasoning (used my own). Added fresh cilantro to the dish before putting in the oven. My family does not like rice so we used this as a topping for nachos. Very good!

Everyone in the family loved this one - kids, too. We just had to leave out the onion and put in onion powder instead.

YUMMY! Family made me make again two days after the first time! I used an entire can of corn(drained)and an entire packet of taco seasoning for xtra flavor and cut up small pieces of chkn breast instead. Definitely going in my fave recipes box!!
