We loved this meal! Of course, we added more spices to the chicken, and want to doctor up the mushrooms a little, too, but both kids & grown-ups in our house loved this recipe. You have to make it your own- just the thyme & chives are not going to be enough spice for some, but for others, that's perfect. We need more flavor, personally, but this is a great basic recipe to start with, and then spice things as you see fit. Try it! It's healthy, easy, and delicious!
