I received this email with the recipe this morning and made it for dinner tonight. It has very delicious. I added sliced red bell peppers to the mushroom mix to give it color and garnished it with broccoli. I submitted a picture.

I cook for a group of co-workers every Monday and made this dish today. It was a huge hit! It was very easy and delicious. One person said it was one of the best lunches yet. I will definitely make it again.

With one small change...this recipe is extremely delicious! Use Italian dressing in place of the the vinaigrette. I did not try the cooking creme as someone suggested, but plan to add that the next time I make it. Delish!

i used the italian cheese and herbs cooking creme for a sauce with the mushrooms, it was amazing!!

Bland. I even added spices because of what other reviewers said and it was still not flavorful.

We loved this meal! Of course, we added more spices to the chicken, and want to doctor up the mushrooms a little, too, but both kids & grown-ups in our house loved this recipe. You have to make it your own- just the thyme & chives are not going to be enough spice for some, but for others, that's perfect. We need more flavor, personally, but this is a great basic recipe to start with, and then spice things as you see fit. Try it! It's healthy, easy, and delicious!
