Made these bars for a family cookout. They were excellent with the fresh berries and lemon. The cake batter made a suger cookie type crust -- delicious!

Used about an extra 1/2 cup of blueberries and the juice of an entire lemon. Really good!

Recipe, is very, very good! Fresh, and blueberries make it taste like spring/summer. Will make many times over, everyone loves it!

OMG!! These are soooooo delicious!!!!!! I can eat this whole pan by myself. I don't like a lot of lemon, but its not overpowering at all, it blends well with the blueberries. Very Good

I made these bars for Easter and WOW! My husband, who claims to dislike lemon desserts, requested that these go into the heavy rotation recipe list! They are a snap to put together, but look and taste like you slaved. In fact, our three-year-old helped every step of the way, and we had a blast! I will try these with raspberries next time, just to shake things up! Thanks for another winner!

I just made this recipe tonight (for an Easter dessert tomorrow) and they are so fantastic!. The recipe was easy and absolutely delish! I cannot wait to share them with everyone. My husband has already sampled them and he is a fan. Great great recipe!

This is so good. I switched it up and used sweetened dried cranberries and orange zest and juice in place of the lemon and blueberries for a more seasonal dessert!

This is the most amazing, simple and delicious recipe I have tried for dessert. I have made it four times with success each and every time. I change the fruit on top, add extra zest, alter the amount of cake mix on top and still have an excellent treat! (Raspberries on top are my favorite.) Thanks!
