Chicken & Summer Squash Skillet

Chicken & Summer Squash Skillet recipe
A few minor changes- it was wonderful! I sautéed the orzo in butter first and then added the cubed chicken, a 1 1/4 c of water (chicken broth would have been even better) more

This was daughter's new favorite! I cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks instead of leaving them whole and put them into the sauce with the vegetables. The chicken was more flavorful simmering in the sauce. Will make this over and over.
All I can say is WOW! My husband and I looked at this recipe in a recent email from Kraft. It looked delicious and simple, which it was. I caramelized the squash, so mine did not look as pretty as the picture posted but it sure was good. I would make it again. I don't think it needs the chicken and would taste good with just squash or squash and onions and or mushrooms.
I was pleasantly surprised by this recipe. I was just looking for something different than the usual canned tomato dish. I had some leftover Philly Cooking Creme, so, I halved the recipe for myself and my 2 and 4 yr olds, and believe it or not everybody liked it!
This was the first time I've made orzo but it came out great! It was flavorful, creamy and had the perfect crunch with the veggies. Plus, my boyfriend was raving about how good it was after every bite he took!
Very good dish! I breaded my chicken and I added mushrooms, diced tomatos, and capers. and topped it off with some lemon zest! the lemon zest makes the dish!!
Delicious! A new favorite in our house, better than going out to eat!
Made this tonight for dinner. Added mushrooms like another reviewer suggested. It was fantastic! My picky husband said that was one of the best things I've made. Makes plenty of leftovers.
This was really easy to fix and very tasty! The only thing I edited was that I cut up the chicken into pieces and added my house mushrooms make everything better!
This was delicious! Will def make again :)
My husband and I both loved this dish! This was the first time I have tried the cooking cream cheese. It was very easy to prepare and looked impressive also.
