What You Need

Tbsp. butter

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Italian Herb Cooking Creme, divided

zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise

yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise

cups cooked orzo pasta

Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

Make It

MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.

REMOVE 1/4 cup cooking creme; place in small microwaveable bowl. Set aside. Add vegetables to skillet; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining cooking creme; cook and stir 2 min. Add orzo; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through.

SPOON orzo mixture onto 4 plates; top with chicken. Microwave reserved cooking creme on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until heated through; stir. Spoon over chicken; top with basil.

This was the first time I've made orzo but it came out great! It was flavorful, creamy and had the perfect crunch with the veggies. Plus, my boyfriend was raving about how good it was after every bite he took!

Very good dish! I breaded my chicken and I added mushrooms, diced tomatos, and capers. and topped it off with some lemon zest! the lemon zest makes the dish!!

Made this tonight for dinner. Added mushrooms like another reviewer suggested. It was fantastic! My picky husband said that was one of the best things I've made. Makes plenty of leftovers.

This was really easy to fix and very tasty! The only thing I edited was that I cut up the chicken into pieces and added mushrooms...in my house mushrooms make everything better!

My husband and I both loved this dish! This was the first time I have tried the cooking cream cheese. It was very easy to prepare and looked impressive also.

It was just what I was looking for as I had only a couple of squash and zucchini fresh from the garden that I needed to use. Just so happens that I had the chicken in the freezer and orzo that I had not tried yet. It turned out just wonderful and so simple to fix.

I was a little skeptical bing my first adventure with the Cooking Creme. It was fantastic with squash out of our garden, the whole family gobbled it up!
