Made this for a picnic pot luck. Took home an empty bowl. Very tastey. Only trouble I had was boiling the potatoes to the right firm-yet-doneness. I think I over cooked them and they fell apart, a little mushed, but the flavor was still delish!

I always thought my dad made the best potato salad until I tried this one. I've made it twice and will make it again. It's simple and surprisingly delish.

This has got to be one of the most 'boring' potato salad recipes ever! There is nothing in it that would 'tantalize' my taste buds!!

I made this and it was good. The second time I changed it up and it was great. Sub light sour cream and turkey bacon to make it healthier. I also had left over roasted potatoes that I used instead of boiling potatoes and it gave it great texture not so mushy like traditional potatoe salad

Easy and yummy! The dressing on this is just the right amount...not overpowering like some potato salad recipes tend to be. Anything with bacon is better and this recipe proves it! Loved it!

The only change I made was I used regular milk instead of buttermilk .... but this is awesome loved it and so easy to make. Not sure if I would use buttermilk as I not sure we would like that tangy taste that would add...

This is a great recipe! I've looked at several other "Loaded Baked Potato Salad" recipes and they all call for sour cream. I wondered if I should add it to this recipe, but it tastes great as is! Adding more bacon, cheese, and chives certainly wouldn't hurt anything. I honestly didn't measure mine and probably added more than the recipe says. It is delicious.
