My family loves this broccoli slaw! I have carried it to several functions and it is always a big hit. I have always used canned pineapple in juice as fresh pineapple is too expensive for my budget. I make up for the missed sweetness from the pineapple by using 2 tsp of brown sugar.

Love this recipe and have made it several times - always a huge hit!! First time I left out pineapple because I had none on hand; 2nd time used the pineapple. Like it much better without pineapple. So easy, and leftovers (IF you have any) are still good 3 days later.

I thought this was a great change-up to the standard potato salad/pasta salad summer side dishes we are getting bored with. I used Kraft Fat-Free Zesty Italian Dressing so it's a very healthy alternative as well.

Slaw was very good and had compliments from our dinner guests. Didn't change a thing and can easily be doubled for a potluck or picnic.

I have made this a few times now. My family loves it. I make a few changes though. I don't add the pineapple and by accident did 2 table. brown sugar not 2 tsp. But like it better that way.

I thought this recipe sounded SO good, but I would say it turned out just okay. I made it according to the recipe...it seemed like something was missing. Not sure what, but it was pretty good. I only had 1 person rave about it...an older woman at work. Probably wouldn't make this one again.
