I couldn't find the wagon wheels so replaced them with a 16 oz package of small macaroni salad pasta. Like others, I felt the salad was too dry so tripled the ranch dressing, lime juice, and taco seasoning and added some sliced olives. Delicious!! I will definitely be making this again.

It was good-- I had seconds but no one commented on it at my Memorial Day get-together. I possibly added a little too much lime juice. I had read the comments previously about increasing the sauce so I doubled it and thought the consistency was nice. Bottom line: very good, but not great. A nice change from the status quo. I would make it again (and I am picky).

I just made this recipe for the second time this week. It is FABULOUS! I even fed it to a crowd of kids a couple of nights ago and everyone wanted seconds. (I also forgot the cheese and didn't have the corn and it was a hit without either.)

I made this for 3 party's and the bowl is always empty. It's very dry - I triple the dressing and but only add 2 T Spoons of Lime juice. This is a keeper

I made this recipe for 2 BBQ's and got LOTS of compliments!It was a great twist on the classic macaroni salad, even my young kids asked for seconds! I will defintely be making this again!

Loved it. Like the other reviews, it did end up being too dry so I made up more of the dressing. Next time I will just double the dressing and add some tomatoes. This recipe is definately a "keeper".

This recipe is delicious! So different than your average pasta salad. However, I don't like my pasta salads to be so dry, so initially I doubled the dressing ingredients and made the salad the day before I served it. I found it to be very dry the next morning. So I made another cup of dressing. I can't wait to hear what my guests think of it later today! This recipe will be shared again and again!

I added chopped tomatoes and pepperjack cheese. After chilling over night it seemed dry so I made more of the dressing with more taco seasoning. It was a hit at two cook outs. I like the suggestion of adding crushed tortilla chips.
