It was delish whole family loved it.
I made this from my family and they loved it! I added more cheese and Itailan seasoning to the recipe to make it taste better. I also use shredded Parmesan cheese
This is an absolute fantastic dish! I make it every other month or so, no additions or changes. The only bummer is the dish is expensive to make when you don't have all or some of the ingredients already.
This is a wonderful dish. I added spinach and pinenuts. Added extra artichoke hearts, should have added more sun dried tomatoes too. Extremely YUMMY! Would make a great dish for Christmas Eve dinner.
It was different and that is what I wanted
This was great! I had a candle party with 8 women to feed plus my husband and 3 kids. A few guests even took a plate home. I grilled a whole chicken and deboned. I did not use tomatoes at all. I blended artichokes, tons of fresh basil, and garlic; along with the juice from grilling the chicken in the blender. Prep time was long but worth it!
Yummy and reheats great! Of course, I made some alterations and would make some more next time. I substituted chopped cherry tomatoes as sun-dried are so expensive. I also use no-boil noodles, which came out great. I would use more chicken and articoke hearts next time, so would probably have to add some more cheese mixture (maybe add cottage cheese!)
This was a HUGE hit with my family. It was enough for six people with leftovers. Kinda took me a long time to prep but I really wanted the chicken to be nice and seasoned and sautéed with garlic. I added lots of baby spinach within the layers along with fresh tomatoes as opposed to sun-dried. Was absolutely delicious but honestly, not too sure about the artichokes. I think next time i'll leave them out.
Loved it! My tweaks: ground chicken(2lbs) seasoned with Italian seasoning, fire roasted tomatoes, and an asiago, mozzarella cheese blend. Even the kids love it, they didn't like the basil on top just because the way it looked to them.
.This.was.delicious. My husband & toddler also loved it -- hubby even 'demanded' it be a regularly-made dish! I made a few changes to suit our tastes: pumpkin greens vs. artichokes, fresh tom vs. sun-dried, fresh garlic vs. powder, and parsley vs. basil. YUM!
