I am very disappointed to say that this did not go over well in our house at all. When I asked my husband to rate it he said "0" stars. Although not overly impressed, I gave it two stars, I think I will "tweak" the filling so it is a little more moist and use it in crepes. We won't be making this one again.

I made a few adjustments to this recipe, and would make a couple more the next time I make it, but overall it was very tasty. I replaced the tomatoes with roasted red peppers and added fresh mushrooms. I also used fat free cream cheese. The whole dish was a little dry, so next time I will add more milk to the sauce mixture to thin it out. But the flavor was great, and my husband ate 3 pieces!

Not being a fan of tomato sauce,but loving pasta I decided to make this for my husband and two step daughters.We all loved it,the girls who are notoriously picky (19+24) even went back for seconds.They usualy don't rave about anything,but I have heard them tell people 2 weeks later how good it was. I shared some with my nephew(25) & he asked for the recipe.Can't say enough how good this was and easy.Love it,love it,love it.
