I made a few adjustments to this recipe, and would make a couple more the next time I make it, but overall it was very tasty. I replaced the tomatoes with roasted red peppers and added fresh mushrooms. I also used fat free cream cheese. The whole dish was a little dry, so next time I will add more milk to the sauce mixture to thin it out. But the flavor was great, and my husband ate 3 pieces!
It needs a few modifications. It was a bit dry but has great potential
This recipe was very easy to make and my whole family loved it.
Not being a fan of tomato sauce, but loving pasta I decided to make this for my husband and two step daughters. We all loved it,the girls who are notoriously picky (19+24) even went back for seconds. They usualy don't rave about anything, but I have heard them tell people 2 weeks later how good it was. I shared some with my nephew(25) & he asked for the recipe. Can't say enough how good this was and easy.Love it,love it,love it.
sound like vere good recpie going to try it. 9/17/11
This dish was outstanding! I added mushrooms and onions to it. I satueed the mushrooms and onions in olive oil and then mixed it in with the chicken mixture. I also used itlian cheese mixture instead of the Mozzerella. So good!
I made this for a dinner party. It was absolutely fabulous. I added fresh spinach and substituted the milk with heavy cream. Also, did a romano, parmesan, asiago blend for my cheese. It was fantastic. Had to make copies for my guests.
It was wonderful! My husband who likes his lasagna very traditional ate half the pan by himself. My 2 and 3 year thought it was wonderful too. The kids weren't sure about the dried tomatoes but if I chop them up a little finer next time they won't even notice them. I loved this one!
