This was very good and would have been better if I had used a regular sauce insted of a wine flavored one but that was what I had. Will definately make again.

I have been making this for years & call it gousagna (goulash/lasagna)lol yea I know it sounds horrible. I used mozzarella instead of cheddar & it is delish!!

I used 95% lean ground sirloin, & fresly sliced parmensan cheese as a substitute, and added a layer of cooked chopped spinach. I cut the recipe in half as I'm cooking for myself these days. But, I'd like to see the serving portions for excellent dishes like this. Serves=?

This sounds great except I think I'll use shredded mozzarella instead of cheddar cheese.

I loved this easy to make casserole although I left out the mushrooms since I'm not a fan.

I didn't use mushrooms because I didn't have any and I used the whole packet of Italian seasoning instead of just one tsp. I also used wheat penne and turkey meat instead of ground meat.
