Made this last week. Big hit. Great ingredients. Very tasty and very easy to make will definitely be a go to especially in the summer.

Quick and easy to prepare and steak and potatoes husband couldn't get enough! Substituted squash for the zucchini and added a chopped garlic clove. Per another review, tossed with bowtie pasta and had a complete meal. So good!

I really liked this. I was out of parmeasan so I will have to make again making sure I have some on hand. Another little note make sure you use red pepper I used yellow and it did not look as good as the picture. We eat with our eyes first.

This is one of the best vegetable dishes I've eaten. I added a garlic & herb spice mix the second time I made it and that was also delicious.

I have made this twice now and both times were great! The second time I added some minced garlic and instead of fresh parsley, I used McCormick Pinches- Italian Seasoning. Was wonderful!

I was surprised how much flavor the parsley gave it. This dish lets it shine. Easy, quick, colorful, and tasty. What's not to love.
