This recipe is an old standby, I often use ricotta instead of the cottage cheese; both are good. Sometimes I use the Neufchatel cream cheese with green onion already in it, or add 1/2 box of frozen spinach, drained. If you have Asiago or 3 cheese blend to put on top, it adds smokey flavor. Finally, it's such a good basic recipe to adapt to what's on hand, I have substituted mild Italian sausage for some or all of the ground beef. Enjoy!

I have not made Lasagna in a long time because none of them have really impressed me, so when my husband requested Lasagna for dinner, I really wasn't looking forward to making it. I came across this one while looking for a dinner idea, and decided to give it a shot. We LOVED it!!

This was delicious, my husband made this (his first time making lasagna) and its one of the best lasagnas I've ever had! He also used ricotta instead of the cottage cheese.

This was very good. This will be my go to lasagna recipe. My husband loved it too and he is very picky.

This is one of the best tasting lasagnas I've had in a while and trust me, I love to cook and consider myself a good one. I was a bit skeptical as I read the ingredient list, but I know you have to try different options to find good recipes, so I went ahead and gave it a try. I followed the recipe exactly as is with the exception that I like to season my food, so I added salt and pepper to the meat with a dash of Worcestershire sauce. I added salt to the lasagna water and added a bit of salt to the cheese mix. And no, it was not salty at all, it just helped bring out the flavor. When it was time to eat, I couldn't believe how good it tasted. My husband and kids loved it and I received many praises. Thanks Kraft!

Made this tonight. It tasted out of this world. Did make some changes, added a bottle of sauce, doubled the meat and cheese, and added peas. Used 18 pasta strips instead of 12. Glad we like left-overs,lol.

I am a lasagna fail, but this turned out great. Instead of the neufchatel cheese I used ricotta, added 1/2 tsp of italian seasoning to the cheese mix, and used 2 jars of spaghetti sauce, no tomatos. I also used the lasagna noodles you don't have to boil, and extra mozzarella on top. My family loved it!

This was a good recipe but it seemed a little sweet. I would not use the nuftchelal (?) cheese I would just double the cottage cheese next time. I also don't like big chunks of tomatoes so I would use petite diced tomatoes. I did use more sauce and I think I would use 2 entire jars next time.

This was a big hit with my family..they loved it! It just needs a bit more sauce but I'll be making it again for sure
