we use white almond bark to coat the oreo mixture & we like it better than the bakers semi-sweet.

Taste great, but difficult to do choclate cover. Had a hard time with melting the chocolate and keeping it melted so I could cover all the balls. They did not look a perfect round as the photo b/c the chocolate was hard to work with.
